In 2015 Bisse showed up out of nowhere fully formed as a unique and disturbing new artist, lyricist and musician in Denmark.

What he brought was something very different. Wildly productive, creative without artistic boundaries and in total synch with his intuition. Bisse has already set new standards for how to be an artist in Denmark.

Bisse is everything and nothing at once. Morphing in his own body and constantly changing his shape, redesigning his spaces and his sound. Forced to pin him down he is part experimental, electronic organic rock, part soul wrenching everyday poetry and part outrageous live entertainer. All in all Bisse is the the odd kid out, who shows us new pathways into the heart of music.

CPHLIVE SESSION #2 presents Magnolia Shoals.

With the delicate blend of melancholy and reflection Magnolia Shoals has used a narrow brush to paint nine portraits of life, all featured on their full-length debut album ’Tenants’.

Magnolia Shoals is a Danish indie rock band that combine dark melancholy with light delicately arranged compositions - all beautifully produced around a sonorous baritone lead vocal.

Their live shows are an intimate experience characterised by presence and immersion in communion with the audience.

The beautiful setting of Dome of Visions is the perfect hideout for a Magnolia Shoals concert, as well as the perfect setting for a CPH-LiveSESSION to get close and personal.

With the album "Ruffled Feathers" in the his luggage the boy from Skive, Johann highly topical. First single "Ruffled Feathers "was played at P4, P6Beat and became the darling of the week on Radio Fritz in Berlin. With hundreds of concerts in Europe, Russia and the United States. including two appearances at the festivals CMJ and SXSW in Texas and support tours for Mads Langer, Carpark North, Dúné and Curtis Stigers - Johann is an extremely well played live act.
Precisely the international experience combined with a rare "down to earth" -presence to his audience, makes JOHANNs concerts something special.
